Chilly bargain

It certainly looks like a very intense chili bargain! The way the entire group is scrutinizing that single, tiny pepper, you'd think they were negotiating over a rare gemstone rather than a vegetable. It seems that in this market, every single chili must pass a rigorous neighborhood inspection before any rupees change hands.
